WesTech Village Corner in Silver Spring Sells for $27.9M

Crow Holdings has sold WesTech Village Corner, the 41,261 SF retail center on Tech Road in Silver Spring, MD, to Rappaport Co for $27.9M, or $676 PSF, according to globest.com.

Adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn of Silver Spring, WesTech Village Corner is fully occupied by tenants including Capital One Bank, Panera Bread, TGI Fridays and Chic-Fil-A. CBRE brokered the transaction.
