Colliers Hires Industry Vet Jim Crew As Senior VP In DC Office
Aiming to grow its DC retail brokerage team, global real estate services firm Colliers International just hired industry veteran Jim Crew as senior vice president.
Jim comes from CMB Property Co, where he acquired DC-area multifamily and mixed-use properties. Previously, he was a managing director in CBRE's DC office, where he led the firm's retail team.
“I began my real estate career in retail leasing and so coming to Colliers brings me back to my roots and a service area for which I have a passion, experience and expertise," Jim said in a release. "After many years in the industry with other leading firms, I am excited to be at Colliers and play a role in expanding the firm’s platform in retail leasing and investments to meet the changing dynamics of retail and mixed-use properties."
This is just the latest big hire for Colliers, which in February brought in PMGR's Dave Parker to lead its DC office.
"Drawing on his extensive knowledge of the Washington, DC, market and of the retail landscape, and his exceptional leadership skills, Jim will work to grow our retail platform here in the region and deliver the real estate counsel that our clients seek," Dave said in a release.
