Peterson Lands First Cinepolis in Northeast US
Loudoun County will soon be home to a 39k SF Cinepolis USA, which will be the first in Virginia, and the entire Northeast. The luxury theater brand will open an 11-screen, 748-seat multiplex in the Peterson Cos.' Avonlea Town Center. Movie-goers will enjoy an upscale lobby, reclining leather seats, and an in-theater wait staff serving gourmet meals and spirits, the Washington Business Journal reports. The Avonlea Town Center will be a $70M outdoor plaza on 30 acres between Route 50 and Loudoun County Parkway. It will also have 122.5k SF of retail, a 32k SF health club, a 40k SF grocery store and 40k SF of office space. [WBJ]
