Developer Pitches 150-Unit Senior Living Facility In Rockville
A developer aims to start construction next year on a 150-unit senior living facility on a 3-acre site in Rockville.
SSL Investment Partners filed an application to build a six-story, 155K SF project on West Gude Drive, Bethesda Magazine reports.
The 150-unit facility will be operated by HarborChase, a Florida-based senior living company with properties in 10 states. The building will include a fitness center, massage services, a game room, dining areas and a salon.
The site is roughly a mile from the Shady Grove Metro station, the western terminus of the Red Line, and sits just south of the King Farm neighborhood. It is also near the 31-acre mini-city planned by 1788 Holdings and Lantian Development.
