Despite Sequestration, Contract Awards Go On

Energy recently hired Privia to helporganize and process the 4,000 papers, reports, articles, and brochures produced by itsNational Renewable Energy Lab. The Herndon, Va.-based company will use SpringCM's content cloud services to help it create an Enterprise Content Management system. It'll automate its publications collaboration and approval process and makedocuments searchable. Privia president Glenn Giles says the lab is pioneering content management best practices.

His Reston, Va.-based company locked down its5th prime contract win with Navy's SPAWAR in the past six months. The most recent was a Business Force and Support Portfolio small business set aside for SPAWAR's System Center, Atlantic. The small, just turned mid-tier contractor will develop systems and applications for various business operations like acquisition, financial management, and civilian personnel.
