The gap between Millennials and Baby Boomers is closing in one area: dining-related apps. A study of 1,000 people by the National Restaurant Association released this week found that one-third of consumers are more likely to use restaurant apps than they were two years ago. NRA Research SVP Hudson Riehle says restaurant tech is more common among Millennials (53%) compared to Baby Boomers (26%), but the difference isn’t as big as expected.
