New Yorkers Get Seva Call'd

Seva Call's march across the country continues. The company's virtual concierge service has just launched in its largest city to date: NYC. Seva Call president Manpreet Singh tells us New York's massiveness required the company to add more service providers like plumbers and electricians than usual. The Potomac, Md., startup also had to consider that most New York service providers won't travel as far for a job like they do in DC. (It's a few blocks in New York versus up to 30 miles in the DC area.) Manpreet says several small cities will be Seva Call'd in the next few weeks, with Charlotte, N.C., coming mid-February.
