Fairfax County Public Schools won in the apps and platform category for creating a method where students register any personal device they bring to school. It makes devices and other endpoints undetectable to unauthorized users inside and outside of the organization. Kajeet won the health, education and energy prize for its education broadband, which connects students to the Internet anytime and anywhere they’re engaging in learning. And CyberTimez’s Armz product won the wearables and robotics award. It automates the Internet of Things using voice commands and a smartwatch.
