We found winners and military vets Eastern Foundry co-founder Andrew Chang and Eminent IT VP/COO Isaac Barnes chatting with Raisa Rahman, also of Eastern Foundry, and Meagan Barnes. Eastern Foundry is offering several programs and resources to help companies break into the federal sector, and Eminent IT is an enterprise software company founded and run by military vets.
