Real Estate Startup Launches New Platform

Nine months after releasing its initial platform, DC real estate startup Create has launched its premium version, which helps institutions, brokers and site selectors visualize all of the factors influencing properties they're shopping. Users can also evaluate the likely impact of a real estate development, even how it relates to the street, adjacent properties and parcels, founder Stefan Martinovic says. Previously, the Create platform used open-source materials, but the new platform includes Trepp data sets and others. When Create launched a beta version of the premium platform, it sold out in an hour, the company says.
