Del Campo Launches Lunch
Chef Victor Albisu is launching lunch service next Tuesday at his new restaurant, Del Campo. Located in Chinatown in the old PS7's space, the restaurant pays tribute to a variety of South American cuisines and cooking techniques, from ceviche to asado (grilled meats). While the lunch menu will include some selections from the dinner menu, including the entire asado section, it will also feature a new section: South American-inspired sandwiches. These will include the Chivito (seared ribeye, mortadella, fried egg, and more), the Chori-Pan (pulled pork, rapini, and chimichurri on a baguette), and a grilled lobster and sweetbread roll.
