Yes Way Jose
Chef Mike Isabella recognizes talent when he sees it. That’s why he promoted Jose Adorno to chef de cuisine at Graffiato. Jose had been overseeing private events and catering for Kapnos, G and Graffiato. In his new role, he'll have creative license, but don’t worry: classics like chicken thighs with pepperoni sauce aren’t going away anytime soon. Try his buffalo mozzarella salad with figs, kalamatas and marcona almonds. Jose is no stranger to working for Top Chef contestants. Before coming to DC, he was in Philadelphia working for Kevin Sbraga, the show’s 2010 winner.
