Charles Schill's Lifetime of Achievement
The head of Steptoe's Section337/ITC litigation practice, Charles Schill, has handled more than 130 unfair trade practice cases. For his more than 40 years of legal work, he was recognized with the Life Achievement Distinction from the Federal Circuit Bar Association. FCBA presented Charles with the award during its 31st annual dinner and reception at the Mayflower Renaissance.
Here's Charles between FCBA president Ed Haug and FCBA past-president Jeanne Davidson. Charles is a former senior staff attorney in the Office of Legal Services and the Office of General Counsel at the International Trade Commission, and has served as FCBA president, on its board of governors, on the Federal Circuit's advisory council, and as Federal Circuit Historical Society president.
