Last night we went to the 4th Annual Global Beat at the United Nations Foundation as it joined with Devex and Foreign Affairs to kick off the weekend of activities for the White House Correspondents Dinner.
We snapped special guest House of Cards actor Michael Kelly surrounded by Foreign Affairs publisher Lynda Hammes, Kenneth Cole Courageous inductee Mari Malek, celebrity chef José Andrés, and by UN Foundation CEO Kathy Calvin and Devex founding president Raj Kumar.
Global Beat: Celebrating International Journalism brought together policy makers, journalists and influencers to celebrate the efforts of foreign journalists from around the globe who provide dispatches from an increasingly unstable world.
