Andre’s Halloween Bash!
We also went to event designer extraordinaire Andre Wells’ 4th annual costume party Saturday at Mellon Auditorium. There were plenty of boas, wigs, and sequins as guests went all out for what may be DC’s biggest Halloween bash.
