Beatles Tribute with the Brits!
Over the weekend we stopped by the British Ambassador’s residence to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Beatles first arriving in the US. We snapped UK Ambassador Peter Westmacott who, like other guests, donned ‘60s-inspired clothes for the night. He’s flanked by British Embassy’s Carla Coley and Tiffany Kirlew. If your invitation was lost in the mail, you can join us tonight at the official 50th anniversary of the Beatles' first North American concert at Uline Arena, 1146 3rd St NE, where the Fab Four played 50 years ago. Festivities start at 6pm; BeatleMania Now plays at 8:31pm. Almost sold out: info.
