Last night we also went to the Liaison Capitol Hill Hotel to celebrate the 25th anniversary of DC Central Kitchen and congratulate Alex Moore on the release of his book Food Fighters. Top mixologists Gina Chersevani and Trevor Frye made specialty cocktails and top chefs Ris Lacoste, Will Artley, Kaz Okochi, and Tracy O'Grady prepared bites to honor the institution that’s become the US leader in reducing hunger and training unemployed adults for culinary careers.
