Dino’s!

We were fans of Dino’s in Woodley Park, and wanted to check out his new restaurant, Dino’s Grotto, in Shaw, on Ninth Street near U. It’s cozier and has a similar, but expanded menu. We snapped the owner, Dean Gold, discussing wine with Dept of Agriculture senior advisor on natural resources Mark Bisgeier.
The rustic Italian bistro serves traditional dishes such as pasta and pizza, as well as adventurous ones, such as rabbit and rockfish. Here, grilled melon with feta cheese and mint.
