Duke Zeibert Award!
Last night we also headed to the Duke Zeibert Capital Achievement Award Announcement Reception at the historic Carnegie Library. Named after the legendary restaurateur who turned DC into a lively dining destination, the Duke Zeibert award is presented annually by RAMW to a dedicated culinary leader. We snapped the honoree Lynne Breaux, who will formally receive the award at the RAMMYs in June. She’s surrounded by Guest Services’s Kris Rohr, and by Visit Fairfax’s Sue Porter and National Cherry Blossom Festival’s Diana Mayhew.

The celebration included a delicious spread of cheeses, roasted vegetables and hors d’oeuvres like mini crab cakes, pear and brie phyllo, and chicken saltimbocca.
