We went to the Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine for a workshop led by Scott Harris, owner of Catoctin Creek Distilling, NoVas first distillery since Prohibition. Guests enjoyed small plates by Blue Duck Tavern exec chef Sebastien Archambault and drinks by the hotels F&B manager Emiliano Di Franca.
