LLS Champagne Reception!
Last night we also went to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s champagne reception at the JW Marriott for the Man and Woman of the Year Campaign. Guests enjoyed the beautiful sunset on the balcony while toasting to raising $1.63 million. We snapped LLS 2014 Woman of the Year Evelyn Smallwood surrounded by LLS’s Claudia Bahar, exec director Beth Gorman, Ria Freyberg, and Yana Vinnikov.
An awards ceremony gave prizes like Party Like a Rock Star, Big Man on Campus, and Most Energetic. Here, LLS 2014 Man of the Year Gary DePreta, the Girl of the Year’s parents Tracie and Kelly Richards, 2014 candidate Rebecca Piluzza, and Grant Thornton’s Meg Nelbach.
