Last Call for Bisnow’s Super Schmooze TONIGHT!
Our Bisnow Dining reporter has been visiting all the restaurants serving treats at this evening’s Bisnow Super Schmooze, and she snapped this of Fujimar’s chef Khan Enkhbaatar, who’s from Mongolia, but was trained in Japanese cuisine by an old school chef. You’ll try his Ahi tuna ginger ceviche at tonight’s Bisnow Super Schmooze, along with signature dishes from 25 other extraordinary chefs.
You can also try Carmine's famous eggplant parmigiana at tonight’s Bisnow Super Schmooze. Chef Laurence Cohen just took over the reigns of the of the ginormous family-style Italian joint and is serving something for us that’s 100% vegetarian, unusual for the meatball-centric eatery.
