Pagoda, a recently rescued street dog from Phuket, Thailand, braved the cold and snow in Penn Quarter in his new Philadelphia Eagles hoodie and booties. We have no idea why Pagoda still hasn’t adopted the hometown team. We’re sure his adoptive parents--Venable partner and nonprofit organizations practice chair Jeff Tenenbaum and Institute of International Education Fulbright Scholar administrator Katrin DeWindt--wear burgundy and gold.
