Yesterday we went to the first annual Winter Wonderland holiday festival, which turned Bethesda Row into an outdoor holiday market with festive tents with fashion, food, housewares and beauty items. We snapped MoCo teacher Meaghan Dillon who was celebrating her birthday, Fairfax Co teacher Meridith Hickman and PG County teacher Ellen Slobodnik.
