Last night before the rain we enjoyed a beautiful view and a lovely crowd on Kennedy Center’s Rooftop Terrace for the annual Archbishop Carroll High School’s Spring Benefit. We snapped school president Beth Blaufuss bookended by honorees Special Olympics DC’s former CEO Steve Hocker and NAACP LDF’s ReNika Moore.
MD Lt Gov Boyd Rutherford is bookended by Archbishop Carroll’s Mark Savercool and Cardinal O’Boyle award winner Father Roy Campbell. Trio Caliente band entertained the crowd with popular Latin songs.
Guests dined on kale salad, baked potatoes and flank steak while they mingled during the reception and watched several of the school's alumni receive awards for the year. Here, classmates PG County Judge Leo Green and police officer Stephen Joy with John Leeke and US Patent and Trademark Office’s Jim Seidleck.
Archbishop Carroll’s Danielle Gauthier and Julie DeMareo surround Columbia Heights Educational Campus’ Heather Ridenour and Tai Courtemanche.
