Corcoran Ball!
On Friday we headed to the 60th anniversary of the Corcoran Ball at the brand-new Textile Museum at George Washington University. We snapped GW President Steve Knapp bookended by Peggy Lohr and GW Chief of Staff Barbara Porter.
Laurie Coughlin with Deané Fenstermaker, Joan Quigley, David Fenstermaker and John Collins. Guests enjoyed a festive tented reception area on University Yard with specialty spring cocktails and delicious appetizers. We loved the tuna tartare.
John and Lesley Duncan join Melissa Keshienian and Ball Chair Saree Pitt. The VIP reception featured a festive dance band that was perfect in the warm spring evening.
Mary Grace Crosby, Textile Museum director John Wetenhall, and Women's Committee Chair Molly Rolandi. Following the reception, guests walked through the Yard to the tent, which was beautifully decorated and lit.
Michelle Garner, Stephanie Omokaro, The Scowcroft Group's Eric Melby, and his wife, Pamela. Honoring the Corcoran Building, guests were greeted by a life-size photo of its front door at the Ball's entrance. GW is currently renovating the historic Beaux Arts building.
Maryam and Windsor Demaine join Kimberly Weiler.
USMC's Ryan Smith, Jocelyn Keshishian, her brother Kirk Keshishian, with Elham Khatami.
