Thursday, we went to the Crimson Whiskey Bar grand opening in Chinatown. We snapped restaurateurs Eric and Ian Hilton.

This marked the newest venture for the Hilton brothers, who have previously partnered for American Ice Co., The Brixton and Chez Billy Sud. Crimson Whiskey Bar is a traditional public house that showcases local producers and artisanal moonshines from across the South. At the bar opening party, guests enjoyed complimentary drinks such as Old-Fashioneds, gin martinis, lagers and pinot grigio. Here, Pacify’s Lacey Loehr and Optoro’s Lily Cua.
