DC Indie Film Fest BlogRoll Party!
Last night we braved the rain and headed to 1831 Bar and Lounge in Dupont Circle for the DC Independent Film Festival's 4th Annual BlogRoll Party.
We snapped DCIFF Executive Director Deirdre Evans-Pritchard with PoliDocs coordinator Stana Benesova Kimball and publicist Elise Felber. The new PoliDocs screening will feature A Struggle for Home: The Crimean Tatars on March 10 at the Carnegie Institution for Science and A Brilliant Genocide, an exposé on Ugandan President Museveni, on March 11 at the US Navy Memorial.
Guests enjoyed a selection of appetizers and an open bar. Here, film director Dippen Zinzuvadia joins DCIFF Production Specialist Matthew Harmelin. Dippen's film, Kara, is about a girl moving to DC for grad school who falls in love with a lobbyist. This year's festival runs March 4 to 13.
