Wednesday night, we went to the Duke Zeibert Award reception at the Woolly Mammoth Theatre! RAMW's John Snedden and president and CEO Kathy Hollinger are flanking the 2017 Duke Zeibert Capital Achievement Award recipient, Knightsbridge Restaurant Group's Ashok Bajaj, a dedicated restaurateur who has made a tremendous impact in the Washington, DC, restaurant scene. Ashok leads many top local restaurants, including The Oval Room, Rasika, The Bombay Club and Bindaas.

Guests got to enjoy dishes from some of Ashok's restaurants, like Rasika's sweet potato samosas with cranberry chutney and chicken kathi rolls, and 701's foie gras bombe, beet cured salmon and lavender goat cheese spheres.
