Exposed DC Photography Show!
Last night we went to the Exposed DC Photography Show 10th Anniversary Exhibition at Carnegie Library at Mt. Vernon Square. There was wine, snacks, an open bar with Bluejacket Brewery original brews, and music by DJ Neville C. We also enjoyed Bluejacket Brewery's original brews; we snapped its rep Jason Kelly, Federal Reserve's Holly Kirkpatrick, and a winner of the Best in Show photography contest, photographer Andy Golda.
Guests could participate in photo shoots by local photography groups, and see the Best in Show Awards chosen by a panel of distinguished local photographers. Here, skaters of the DC Rollergirls Cherry Blossom Bombshells team: Maya "Ginge Reaper" Heshnick, Meg "Assault E. Sailor" Conlan, and Kellyn "Jean Rot ‘n Bury" Hoffman, whose next match is on March 19 vs DC DemonCats at the Michael & Sons Sportsplex in Dulles.
Exposed DC connects photographers of all levels with mentoring and exhibition opportunities, partnering with organizations to strengthen the local photography community. Here, attorney Phil Morton, Kristin Adair Photography's Kristin Adair, UDC's Dot Sheridan, and photographer Alexandra K. Dietz.
The Exposed DC board members: Leigh Bailey, James Calder, Heather Goss, Jennifer Wade and Meaghan Gay.
