The Four Fathers of Fast-Casual held a panel discussion that was hosted at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business with Nando Peri-Peri CEO Burton Heiss, &pizza co-founder Michael Lastoria, Cava Grill CEO Brett Schulman, and Taylor Gourmet co-owner Casey Patten. They talked about how the DC fast food scene has evolved in the last few years, and how they built their brands and loyal followings.
