We headed to Goulston & Storrs’ office on K Street for a CityCenterDC-themed open house! We snapped OPX’s Stephen Polo with Spartin Planning’s Anne Planning, new Goulston & Storrs partner Wendy White, Cushman & Wakefield’s Arthur Santry and Goulston & Storrs’ DC office managing director Allison Prince. Wendy joined Goulston & Storrs earlier this summer and has been named chair of the firm's DC real estate transactions group.
In addition to celebrating Goulston & Storrs' new leaders, the fall celebration brought the aromas, sights and sounds from CityCenterDC, thanks to a handful of pop-up boutiques. B.F. Saul Co’s Patrick Connors and John Spain with new Goulston & Storrs associate Roberto Garcia. Roberto joined Wendy White in moving to the firm’s real estate group this summer and focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of commercial real estate assets.
New Goulston & Storrs associate Benjamin Kayden and Wendy join Avison Young’s Bruce McNair and Laura Eshelman. Benjamin was the third member of Wendy’s team to join Goulston & Storrs this summer and represents developers and investors in all phases of commercial real estate.
