We headed to Service Bar DC for its grand opening! We snapped Service Bar's three owners: veteran bartenders Glendon Hartley and Chad Spangler with veteran bar owner Chris Willoughby.

The new cocktail hotspot on U Street has a great selection of uniquely crafted cocktails as well as a delicious food menu. Here, bartender Christine Kim makes the Passionfruit Sour, which is made with liquid nitrogen instead of ice to chill the cocktail.
