Kendra lives and breathes design. Skilled as an architectural designer, artist and illustrator, Kendra brings strong delineation and visualization skills to each project. She manages a wide variety of multi-family projects through city zoning and community engagement, working to achieve consensus along the way. She has designed key elements of major redevelopment projects such as Orient Heights and One Canal, mixed-income artist’s live-work at Artblock in Boston’s South End, and market-rate Maxwell’s Green in Somerville. Kendra was recently the Project Manager for The Graphic, which is the largest modular construction project in the City of Boston to date. As ICON’s off-site construction expert, Kendra has spoken at conferences and panel discussions across the country regarding this innovative topic. She received a B.A. from Hendrix College and a B. Arch from the University of Arkansas.

Hans’ experience includes senior strategy, marketing, new product and business development roles with Fortune 500 companies such as American Express, Merrill Lynch and AT&T. Hans was also a senior corporate executive at CMGI, an early internet technology and venture capital leader, as well as CEO of multiple early stage technology companies, and board member of venture backed companies. These experiences have contributed to a unique understanding of the challenges of utilizing new technologies to building early stage companies into successful enterprises.

Paul Goodwin leads development activities on 32 Cambridge Street and on the closeout and lease-up of Millbrook Lofts. Paul uses his interest in design as a tool to create value in real estate development. Previously, Paul interned for The Davis Companies, working on financial models and with the development team to advance their project pipeline. He also worked in the City of Somersworth, NH, focusing on small downtown revitalization as well as for Dorchester Bay EDC. Paul is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire (B.A. Geography) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MSRED and MCP).

William “Wil” H. Catlin, Jr. is Partner and Managing Principal of Boston Realty Advisors, where he oversees the Commercial Leasing Division, as well as the overall strategic growth of the firm. Wil has an innate ability to translate business objectives and corporate culture into an effective environment that yields productivity and creativity. Mr. Catlin leads a group of client-centric professionals in both tenant representation and agency leasing. Since 2017, the Commercial Leasing Division has leased over 1.5 million square feet, establishing Boston Realty Advisors as the market leader for the TAMI office sector and specialists in navigating gut rehab commercials projects throughout Greater Boston. Mr. Catlin is an active member of NAIOP and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB). He is on the board of Love Lane Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program, The Tremont School and part of the Menlo College Alumni Association.
