Lucy Billingsley has spent her career in real estate, developing and managing commercial developments. She, and her husband Henry, started Billingsley Company in 1978 to manage their growing real estate portfolio. The company specializes in developing office buildings, multi-family, retail and industrial properties, and master- planned communities, which include: Cypress Waters, International Business Park, Austin Ranch, and the Arts Plaza campus in Dallas’ Arts District. Prior to Billingsley Company, Lucy was Chief Executive Officer of the Dallas Market Center and the Crow Design Centers in Dallas, Houston and Boston and Wyndham Jade Travel. Lucy has been inducted into the Texas Business Hall of Fame, the Junior Achievement of Dallas Business Hall of Fame, the NTCAR Hall of Fame, and she was awarded the 2013 H. Neil Mallon Award. Born and raised in Dallas, Lucy is a graduate of The University of Texas with a B.B.A. in finance. She lives in Dallas with Henry and has 4 children and 8 grandchildren.

Ron joined the company in June 2007 and is responsible for identifying and analyzing new land investments. He is also the consultant for current projects and responsible for assessing the highest and best use analysis and future marketing strategies. Since 2014 Ron serves also as Vice President – Commercial on the Prosper Developers Council Board of Directors. Ron has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, with the past 15 years in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.

With thirty-three years’ experience at Lincoln Property Company, Michael oversees industrial/value office leasing throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Among his responsibilities, Michael is involved with developments, acquisitions, dispositions, management and leasing operations for industrial/value office product types throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Michael is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and is active in numerous industry organizations including SIOR.

Under the City Charter, the City Council appoints a City Manager who serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the City and is responsible to the City Council for administration of all the affairs of the City, with only those exceptions that are named in the City Charter.

Born and raised in South East London, Adam has always been a ken sportsman; representing his high school in Soccer, Rugby and Cricket. He started his working life as a Police Constable in Central London and then moved on to becoming a “Mens Grooming Expert” (which led to him appearing on The Times, The Telegraph, The Independent & GQ). This career path bought Adam to Dallas, Texas where he met his wife and decided to settle down. In Texas, Adam chose to start over or “re-tool”, and pursued a Management Degree at SMU. Once his studies were complete, Adam moved into sales of HVAC where he touched many commercial construction projects. Adam loves the thrill of new challenges, and meeting new people and can't wait to start his career with Bisnow in Dallas.
