Robert E. Young, Jr., is Executive Managing Director for Weitzman. Young utilizes his extensive brokerage and management experience on Weitzman business development and brand promotion. Young also directs the statewide initiative to grow all of the business lines of the Weitzman platform. Additionally, through active International Council of Shopping Centers involvement and national leadership in the Retail Brokers Network, Young works to extend the firm's reach and presence with clients, prospects and the overall industry at large. Prior to joining Weitzman, Young was senior managing director for Kennedy‐Wilson. His extensive commercial real estate career also includes service as executive vice president and managing director in charge of the Dallas operation for Grubb & Ellis and as executive vice president for BEI Management, Inc. Young serves on the Board of Directors and was the 2009 President of the Retail Brokers Network, a nationwide retail networking group whose member companies specialize in retail real estate brokerage. RBN’s independent firms work together on a regional and national level in tenant representation, project leasing and investment sales. Young also is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and is past president of its board of directors. In addition, he is a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance national board of directors and is active in The Real Estate Council, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute and the International Development Research Council. Young co‐authored a chapter in “Leasing for Non‐leasing Professionals,” a book published by the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a regular instructor for ICSC nationwide educational programs and was dean for the ICSC University at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and is now a faculty member of ICSC's John T. Riordan School for Retail Real Estate Professionals. Young received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.

Allen leads the project leasing team to provide consulting, marketing, merchandising and leasing services to landlords and developers. Her profound expertise covers a range of asset classes including traditional neighborhood, regional and super-regional shopping centers, mixed-use developments, lifestyle centers, and entertainment venues. Allen also provides tenant representation services and market strategy for local, regional and national retailers and restaurants looking to expand their concepts. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: Prior to joining Transwestern in 2012, Allen worked as a senior leasing agent for Brixmor Property Group (formerly Centro Properties Group), the second largest owner of open air neighborhood and regional shopping centers in the nation. With an assigned portfolio of more than 2.5 million square feet, she correlated the marketing, negotiation, construction coordination, budgeting and overall execution of transactions with new and existing tenants. She also played an integral role in multiple redevelopment projects. Throughout her tenure she was consistently a top producer not only within the Southwest region but nationally, and she executed more than 2 million square feet of lease transactions alone. Today, Allen has built a leasing portfolio of more than 3 million square feet of existing and new developments, and, in the last 12 months has executed transactions that created over $100 million in value. Crystal Allen currently leases many of the largest, most high profile projects within the country, and is consistently requested by the company’s premier clients to represent projects. She is a top producer within the firm, is considered a leader within the retail industry and a mentor to her team members. Her clients include Brookfield, Oliver McMillan, DC Partners, LNR Partners, Patrinely Group, CDC, Xenia Lodging, Imperial Development, Skanska, 4M Investments, Woodridge Capital, Walton Street Capital and Ley/Wilson Development as well as multiple tenants including Amorino Gelato, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, Star Furniture, Voicebox Karaoke, Gigi’s Cupcakes and TF Supplements. PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS/RECOGNITION: Crystal is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of Texas and Colorado, a member of ICSC and a member of Transwestern’s Women’s Leadership Council. In 2015 Crystal was recognized as one of Globe Street’s Top Ten Emerging Retail Leaders and has recently been named one of Real Estate Forum’s 2016 top 50 under 40. EDUCATION: Crystal graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.

Ty Lee joined Triten Real Estate Partners in 2019 as Principal in our Dallas office. As previous Founder and Principal of Common Ground Development, Ty addressed current and future user market demands by providing a hospitality like approach to real estate services, ensuring the appropriate mix of experiential uses for each asset and building community. Prior to that Ty oversaw design, development and construction for Quadrant Investment Properties' entire portfolio and over $375mm of mixed-use developments across North Texas and San Antonio. Ty's experience includes institutional pedigree while at CBRE, working alongside some of the most prominent real estate executives in the country. From 2004 to 2014 he worked as a registered architect designing and managing commercial, institutional and corporate projects. His past experiences ensure a creative, strategic and thoughtful approach to real estate development. Ty's background includes receiving a bachelor of architecture from the University of Tennessee and having spent the first decade of his career practicing architecture of various scales, complexities and types. Projects ranged from large ground-up international healthcare projects to local commercial build-outs. The architectural background allows Ty to create well-designed real estate environments that are well received by the market place and accelerates lease absorption. Ty is active in the North Texas chapter of the Urban Land Institute, is an alumni of the leadership program, and serves on various committees.

David Luther leads the Investment Sales team at NewQuest. He has over twenty years of experience in underwriting, capital markets, and representing sellers and buyers on the sale of commercial assets. Prior to joining NewQuest, he was a Senior Vice President of Investments with Marcus and Millichap focused on facilitating 1031 exchanges and specializing in retail, medical, office and industrial assets. Having managed brokerage offices throughout Texas and closing over $750 million in commercial sales, David has built a stellar career providing agents and clients with “best in class” investment sales services. Nationally recognized as a leading commercial real estate broker and investment sales professional in his field, David has been quoted for his knowledge and expertise in over 100 trade articles, real estate panels and press releases. A graduate of Southern Methodist University with degrees in real estate finance and mathematics, he is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Association of Office Industrial Properties (NAOIP). When David is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and rooting for his local Houston Astros and son’s little league team.

Kim was born in Flushing, New York and come from many generations of New Yorkers. It was a culture shock when she first moved to Houston, Texas in the late 70's but can now say Y'all with the best of them. Kim graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Marketing and has worked in media her entire life. Kim played and coached soccer for many years and even spent a summer in England playing in tournaments. The oldest of three girls, she now has two sons (the first born Texans in her family), a husband and three male rescue dogs.
