Brandon Hollihan co-founded Castleforge Partners in July 2010. Prior to founding Castleforge Partners, Brandon worked for Westbrook Partners in London and at Morgan Stanley Real Estate (“MSRE”) in New York. He has transacted over £2.0 billion of real estate asset value across the US and Western Europe across a diverse range of real estate investment types, including single asset and portfolios purchases, investments in public companies, recapitalizations, distressed developments, whole bank loans (senior and subordinated), corporate bonds and CMBS. He has experience investing in a range of asset classes including city centre and suburban office, high street retail, shopping centres, retail outlets, hotels, industrial logistics and warehouses, multifamily and high-end residential, student housing and land. Brandon graduated with honours from Columbia University in New York City and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Global Real Estate Institute.

Ms. Aznar is the Head of Debt Investments & Special Situations team at LaSalle Investment Management and Chief Investment Officer of LaSalle’s market leading European debt platform. She is responsible for LaSalle Real Estate Debt Strategies II & III (£1.5bn in committed capital), LaSalle Residential Finance I - III (£1.3 bn in committed capital), LaSalle Whole Loan Strategies (€600m committed capital) and LaSalle UK Special Situations Fund and is on LaSalle’s European and UK Management Boards and chairs LaSalle's European Diversity Board. Amy re-joined LaSalle in 2008 and has spent more than 16 years at LaSalle/JLL. Ms. Aznar has a 20+ year track record of working in real estate principal investment, advisory and investment banking. Ms. Aznar has raised over €4.5bn of capital commitments across the debt and special situations platform and completed over €3.2bn of debt and structured equity investments in 74 transactions since 2010. Her real estate debt investments include over €1.2bn in mezzanine loans and €2.0bn in whole loans, including c. €1.0bn in development lending. Prior to joining LaSalle, Ms. Aznar was a Managing Director of Global Principal Investments at Merrill Lynch in London, where she was responsible for transactions across Europe, including the acquisition of a €13bn portfolio of non-performing loans and a loan servicing company from Banca Intesa in Italy and the acquisition of a €1.4bn non-performing loan portfolio from Dresdner Bank in Germany. Ms. Aznar has an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BSE in Engineering from Princeton University

Jared is responsible for sourcing and acquiring new assets in the U.K and Europe. Jared has over 15 years of Real Estate experience and previously worked for both Thor Equities and Pears Global, where he was responsible for advising and sourcing acquisitions, financing, and asset management. Jared has been involved in real estate transactions worth more than £2+ billion of assets . Originally born in New Zealand and now a UK resident, Jared studied at Lincoln University in Christchurch where he received a B.A. in Property.

Natalie Adomait is a Senior Vice President in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group and Head of Portfolio Management for Real Estate in Europe. Ms. Adomait joined Brookfield in Canada in 2011 as part of the Renewable Power Group and relocated to London in 2014. Ms. Adomait is currently a director of Student Roost, Edyn, Center Parcs U.K., International Campus, Grand M Group, Harwell Life Sciences and Brookfield Properties London. Since joining Brookfield, she has been involved in multiple transactions including the acquisitions of Bord Gais Energy, Alcoa Tapoco Hydro, White Pine Hydro, Alta Wind, various U.K. student housing assets and the sale of Gazeley. Ms. Adomait received an honours degree in International Business from the Sprott School of Business in Ottawa.

Michael is Head of the Debt and Structured Finance team, based out of the London office. He is responsible for originating debt transactions throughout the UK and Europe. Michael has over 31 years of experience, having completed over $20bn of commercial real estate transactions, across debt structuring, investment advisory and equity placement, with a focus on multi-housing, office, retail and hotel properties Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Michael was Senior Managing Director and office co-head at HFF where he helped establish their European business. Over a period of two years, amongst other transactions, Michael successfully structured the corporate financing for the acquisition of LEO and lead the £550m refinancing for East Village London Over his 31 years at HFF, Michael opened their Florida and Chicago offices, and successfully executed landmark corporate facilities, including the $1.2bn Freddie Mac credit facility on behalf of IMT Capital Education and Affiliations: Michael graduated from Brown University, Rhode Island
