Navigating The Future: Making AI Work For Customer-Centric Real Estate

Alex leads the Property Consulting team at CACI who are market leaders in using cutting edge technology to understand people and how they engage with brands and places. We use consumer data, spatial intelligence and AI to turn complex data into action for global companies across property owners, retailers, leisure operators, government, finance and media. Alongside the property team Alex also leads innovation across CACI and specialises in the application of innovative tech and data solutions to help clients understand their customers, who they are, how they behave and how to get more of them.

James is a global leader in the world of real estate and technology, acting as a Venture Partner at Pi Labs, but also on the board of global software company Elecosoft and Generative AI company Laiout. James advises real estate companies on the adoption of technology, as well as emerging start-ups in the AI and real estate sector. Prior to this, James was Director of Innovation at Great Portland Estates and Tishman Speyer.

Rhiannon Owen has held various finance and data roles at British Land for the last 10 years. Rhiannon is the current Head of Corporate Projects and the leader of the AI Working Group at British Land. Rhiannon’s focus is on driving business transformation and using data insights to inform strategic decisions.

Jack works closely across all Related Argent teams to embed a culture of innovation into the business. His role is dedicated to engaging with the PropTech ecosystem and creating scalable processes to identify, pilot and scale up innovative solutions across the business and its real estate projects. Immediate priorities include enhancing the customer experience through digital engagement and reducing operational carbon through smart building technologies. With more than seven years’ experience working in the PropTech ecosystem, Jack previously led innovation and technology strategies for Nuveen Real Estate, a global top five real estate investment manager with over $150bn in AUM, and was Head of Partnerships at Insurami, a start-up at the intersection of Fintech and real estate. Related Argent is one of the largest privately owned property and urban regeneration businesses in the UK, working across residential, workspace, education, retail, hospitality and leisure. Its mission is to be a great city builder and to improve urban life for everyone, every day. Today, Related Argent has a c. £13bn, 21 million sq ft UK portfolio, which includes the delivery of major London regeneration schemes at Brent Cross Town and Heart of Hale, plus its first Build-to-Rent development at Author King’s Cross. Related Argent is also the developer and asset manager of the award winning 67-acre King’s Cross estate and is progressing plans to redevelop the nearby four-acre St Pancras Hospital site.

Hannah sits within the Property Consulting team at CACI, supporting Real Estate businesses in developing their data and technology strategies. Hannah also works across the wider CACI business as the market insight lead, monitoring consumer behaviour and sentiment across a multitude of sectors. This includes a heavy emphasis on how consumers perceive the growing role of AI as a part of their day-to-day lives, from automated processes to intelligent marketing, and everything in between.
