Lange W. Allen is Managing Director of U.S. Industrial/Logistics Development for USAA Real Estate. Lange is responsible for the deployment of development capital for both speculative and build-to- suit industrial/logistics projects throughout the U.S. Prior to his current role, Lange was the Head of Industrial Asset Management where he was responsible for the management and operation of approximately 50 million square feet of industrial property valued in excess of $2.5 billion. Prior to joining USAA Real Estate, Lange was with Weingarten Realty Investors from 2001 to 2008 where he started as an industrial Leasing Executive in Dallas and concluded his tenure as a Senior Asset Manager in the corporate office in Houston, overseeing a 5.5 million square foot portfolio of industrial property in multiple markets around the country. Prior to Weingarten, Lange was an Associate with the industrial brokerage division of CB Richard Ellis in Dallas, representing industrial tenants and landlords throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area such as Sears, Ford Motor Co., LOF Pilkington, ConAgra Foods, and RREEF Funds. Lange received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Chris Caton is the Head of Global Research for Prologis. He oversees Prologis’ formation of global macroeconomic, capital market and industrial fundamental trends and outlooks. Caton joined Prologis in 2012, and prior to that, he served as vice president in Morgan Stanley's research department tracking global commercial real estate and REIT investment environments.

Nazir Khalfe, AIA,RIBA, is a Principal for Powers Brown Architecture. Nazir spent more than 10 years of his career as a project manager in the Houston, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, Denver, and Washington, D.C. markets. Completed projects include industrial and office master plans, as well as spec office buildings, corporate office buildings, and distribution, assembly, and manufacturing facilities. Nazir has demonstrated the ability to design and document buildings that are attractive, economical and durable. Evidence of his ability to develop designs that are efficient and cost-effective can be found in the numerous projects completed for his repeat clients.

Casey is Managing Director for Principal Real Estate Investors, the dedicated real estate group of Principal Global Investors. He is responsible for all aspects of investment management and investment production in Dallas and Houston. Casey is also one of Principal’s data center specialists and responsible for overseeing development and asset management of data centers for Principal Real Estate Investors. Casey joined the firm in 1999. Previously, he was an assistant manager at Wells Fargo Financial. Casey received an MBA in business administration from Drake University and a bachelor's degree in business management from Waldorf College.

Matteson Hamilton joined Stream in 2009, and currently serves as Executive Managing Director & Partner for the firm’s Industrial Capital Markets division in Texas. Created in 2022, Stream’s Industrial Capital Markets division offers a full range of services including investment sales advisory, equity placement, and consulting. The team provides best-in-class service for clients by applying a powerful combination of data-driven strategies and focused industrial industry experience to each assignment. Matteson co-leads the Industrial Capital Markets team in partnership with Seth Koschak, and is responsible for strategic direction and oversight for Texas markets. Prior to launching the Industrial Capital Markets division, Matteson led Stream Houston’s industrial division, overseeing all leasing, tenant representation, and brokerage activities. Matteson has represented many of the top institutional real estate owners in North America and played an integral role in growing the Houston office’s industrial leasing and management portfolio to more than 30 million square feet. Since Matteson assumed leadership responsibilities in 2014, the Houston industrial team has completed over 1,800 lease transactions exceeding $2 billion in value. Since joining Stream, Matteson has consistently been a top producer in the firm and has been consistently recognized in the Partners Club (company-wide top 10 producers). He has been recognized for his performance across the industry repeatedly being named a CoStar Power Broker and Houston Business Journal Heavy Hitter. Matteson is active in the real estate community and currently serves on the NAIOP Houston Board of Directors. Previously he was the Chairman of NAIOP Houston’s Developing Leader Committee.

Kim was born in Flushing, New York and come from many generations of New Yorkers. It was a culture shock when she first moved to Houston, Texas in the late 70's but can now say Y'all with the best of them. Kim graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Marketing and has worked in media her entire life. Kim played and coached soccer for many years and even spent a summer in England playing in tournaments. The oldest of three girls, she now has two sons (the first born Texans in her family), a husband and three male rescue dogs.
