Torsten has over 14 years of experience as an executive in the hospitality and senior living industry. Prior to joining Transforming Age, Torsten held executive positions at Oakmont Senior Living as well as Pacific Retirement Services responsible for the startup, operations and management of multiple CCRCs and communities. Torsten holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, both from Southern Oregon University. He also received a bachelor’s in International Tourism Studies from Hochschule Harz, in Wernigerode, Germany. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Preceptor.

Morgin Morris is a Senior Mortgage Banker at KeyBank Real Estate Capital based out of Seattle, WA. In her current role, Morgin oversees the production and loan closing for permanent loans for the western portion of the U.S. Offering clients Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/ HUD and Life Company solutions, she is uniquely positioned to clear the market and provide clients with a customized execution. She has facilitated over $1B in financing over her ten years at KeyBank. Morgin began her career in Texas at Guaranty Bank and BBVA Compass serving as an underwriter and production analyst. She is the former Chair of the NIC Future Leaders Council and a Key Young Professional Board Member. She graduated with honors from Price Business College at The University of Oklahoma and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at The University of Washington.

Kevin became the Executive Director of Wesley in Des Moines, Washington in 1999, with prior experience in management of skilled nursing homes, senior housing, assisted housing, home health care, adult day services and other areas of senior services. In 2005, Kevin was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Wesley and leads the Executive Team in guiding Wesley Homes in the development of new avenues of housing and services for older adults. He holds Masters Degrees in Sociology: Human Services, Planning, and Administration; and in Church History; as well as a BA in Religion with a minor in Sociology. Kevin is active in community service organizations and has held Board and leadership positions with health and housing organizations both statewide and nationally.

David M. Boitano brings 25 years of healthcare investment experience. His capital allocation and underwriting are informed by over $15 billion of real estate transactions, complemented by a unique operating perspective gained as part of the senior leadership for a national senior housing provider. He’s secured relationships and invested across the healthcare spectrum including seniors housing, long-term care and medical offices as both a REIT and operating executive. At Lument 1 Mr. Boitano is a Managing Director offering a broad array of debt and structured products to senior housing and healthcare partners who seek flexible, innovative financing solutions to their capital needs. Prior to Lument he was a Senior Investment Officer for a large reit where he identified and initiated numerous transactions including the sponsor’s then largest investment - a new relationship with a publicly traded operator secured via the acquisition of a $187 million, 24 property portfolio. For another new client he facilitated a $59 million recap and then more than quadrupled the relationship with follow-on acquisitions and the provision of a development facility. A growing regional operator was aided by a creative takeout structure which enabled the new customer to finance the construction of a $60 million campus. This development was soon joined by additional investments, more than doubling the relationship. Mr. Boitano’s capital formation efforts at Alterra Healthcare included over $1.5 billion of mortgage originations and sale-leaseback financing. His healthcare experience began in 1994 as Chief Financial Officer for a regional assisted living provider where he led a recapitalization and merger with Alterra (pre-IPO), then joined the fast-growing national operator’s management team, participating in the initial and secondary public offerings and rising to Senior Vice President of Finance & Acquisitions and Treasurer. Mr. Boitano is active in several organizations and is a frequent industry speaker. He’s the immediate past Chairman of the Finance Council for the Archdiocese of Seattle and also serves on the Council’s Executive and Real Estate Subcommittees. He is a past board member for the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC), the California Assisted Living Association (CALA) and Eclipse Senior Living. His career began at Ernst & Young (audit) and includes a background in various transactional advisory and corporate finance roles. Mr. Boitano earned his B.A. in Business Administration summa cum laude from Pacific Lutheran University and he is a Certified Public Accountant
