Jessica Goldman Srebnick, Co-Chair of Goldman Properties, is a second generation leader of the company founded by her late father, visionary real estate developer, Tony Goldman. Founded in 1968, the award- winning company is a creative real estate firm with a storied history in developing thriving global destinations across the United States. Marrying real estate and public art to build community, Goldman Properties is known for recognizing the value in depressed urban areas and transforming them into iconic neighborhoods such as SoHo in New York City, Center City Philadelphia, Miami Beach, and Wynwood, site of the acclaimed Wynwood Walls, winner of the 2016 “Global Award of Excellence”- Urban Land Institute. In August 2018, Goldman Srebnick was recognized as one of Forbes Icons of Impact for her continued work and leadership. She oversees a diverse portfolio of restaurants, office buildings, galleries, commercial and retail properties and large-scale public art projects including the iconic Houston Bowery wall. In July 2015, Goldman Srebnick founded Goldman Global Arts (GGA), a Miami based creative collective with co-founder, artist Peter Tunney. For its inaugural project, in 2015, the Miami Dolphins NFL franchise commissioned GGA to infuse a global art aesthetic into the newly renovated Hard Rock Stadium. In 2019, Goldman Srebnick authored Walls of Change: The Story of The Wynwood Walls. The book is a retrospective published by Assouline, showcasing Wynwood’s most celebrated murals, by street art’s most iconic figures. GGA continues to produce thought provoking large scale, creative projects for a variety of organizations, including the Miami Heat, Citibank, When We All Vote, and Wynn Hotels. In 2020, GGA was hired by the NFL to infuse street art into Super Bowl LIV in Miami. As a result, and in partnership with the NFL, GGA curated several works by five world-renowned artists including the face of the game day ticket and commemorative program. She also most recently curated a national art campaign for Michelle Obama’s organization When We All Vote to amplify the importance of voting. Goldman Srebnick is an active member of the prestigious Young Presidents Organization (YPO). She graduated from the YPO/Harvard Business School Presidents Leadership Program. She was the Miami- Dade County Co-Chair for the Miami 2020 Super Bowl Host Committee and currently serves as Chair of the Town Square Neighborhood Development Corporation (TSNDC) Board. In 2019, she was awarded the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Alvah H. Chapman, Jr. Young Leader Award of Excellence. In 2021, she was selected as one of the Knight’s Foundation Arts Champions, for her community leadership in helping to enrich arts and culture in South Florida. She is a passionate supporter of the Memorial Sloan Kettering's Cycle for Survival charity. Goldman Srebnick currently resides in Miami with her husband Scott Srebnick, CEO of Goldman Properties and are the proud parents of their 3 sons.

Chang is responsible for sourcing and closing new acquisitions and development projects outside of Chicago and expanding the firm’s capital partner relationships. Chang led Sterling Bay to establish joint venture relationships with Lone Star, DRA Advisors and Wheelock Street Capital. Chang also oversaw the development of Ace Hotel Chicago and is overseeing the development of Hyatt House in Fulton Market and 545wyn, an office project in Miami. For ten years prior to joining Sterling Bay, Chang provided investment sale advisory services at Eastdil Secured, LLC, focusing on office assets in the Midwest and retail assets throughout the country, completing over $18 billion in office, retail and residential transactions. He earned a BS in Business from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is a member of Urban Land Institute, Kellogg Real Estate Alumni Club, and University of Illinois Real Estate Alumni Club.

Diana Farmer-Gonzalez is the Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Miami office. She has over 30 years of professional experience in a wide range of interior design and architecture projects throughout South Florida as well as Latin America and the Middle East. Diana's experience ranges from leading clients and creating project teams from project inception through project completion for both high design and specialized technical spaces for architecture and interior projects. Ms. Farmer-Gonzalez has expertise design projects ranging from hospitality, multi-family residential, retail, commercial office buildings, workplace and branded environments to aviation interiors and higher education projects. Ms. Farmer-Gonzalez is a frequent lecturer, and her work has been featured in several industry publications. Passionate about mentoring young designers and design education, Diana is sought out to be a guest lecturer and student mentor at Florida International University’s College of Communications, Architecture + The Arts, where she also serves on the Deans Leadership Advisory Board, the Interior Architecture school’s advisory board and was a FIU Torch Award recipient for outstanding contributions to the profession of design and architecture. Diana is an active member of the International Interior Design Association, serving currently as a Board Member for the International Chapter, is a long-standing Associate member of the America Institute of Architects and was named “Interior Designer of the Year” by the AIA’s Miami Chapter. Diana earned a B.S. in Interior Design from Florida International University and studied Architecture at the University of Colorado School of Design and Planning.

She has performed throughout the United States, Europe, Central and South America, and has been heralded as possessing “an all-encompassing technique, musical perception, individuality and a security that projects to the audience.” Menedis has claimed numerous national and international prizes. Iconic critic David Dubal has written that she “plays with poetry, passion, and insight.” Menedis brings this same artistic sensibility to her work at Shepherd, ensuring that every aspect of the company adheres to meaningful and exacting standards. She holds degrees from SUNY, Texas Christian University, and the University of Miami, where she obtained her JD with honors. Menedis is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association (ABA), as well as the ABA Health Law, Business Law, and International Law Sections. A well-respected and sought-after communicator, Menedis has received numerous awards and advises in the areas of technology and the future of real estate development.

Albert Garcia is the Managing Principal of Wynwood Ventures and is also Chairman and Co-Founder of the Wynwood Business Improvement District (BID), an autonomous government agency created in 2013 that leads the renaissance of the Wynwood Arts District in Miami, Florida. For over 30 years, Albert and his family have been commercial property and business owners focused on the betterment of the communities they serve. He has been a driving force behind Wynwood’s transformation from blighted industrial area to a world-renowned business, cultural, educational, residential, and retail destination that’s now home to one of the largest collections of public street art murals in the world. Albert has received numerous accolades for spearheading a wide-ranging slate of public policy, marketing and economic development initiatives. In the past decade, Wynwood’s revitalization efforts resulted in 5,000+ new jobs, 4.2 million annual visitors (3,400% increase) and over $500,000,000 in local spending for the South Florida economy. Previously, Albert was Chief Operating Officer of an international apparel company managing global operations across five continents. Prior to that, he was an agent at the William Morris Endeavor talent agency procuring opportunities for clients across television, motion pictures and digital media where he also formulated and implemented entertainment-based content strategies for several of the world’s leading consumer brands. He began his professional career at NBCUniversal. He is an avid enthusiast of emerging technologies, smart cities, and initiatives that foster sustainable, pedestrian-oriented, urban neighborhoods. Harnessing his international business and public policy background, Albert focuses on driving growth in public and private sectors that operate in highly regulated environments. In his spare time, he mentors startup entrepreneurs and advises private equity managers in strategy, regulatory issues, technology policy and global supply chain management. Albert attended the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida. He currently resides with his family in Miami Beach, Florida.
