D. Reid Townsend has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development and investment. He co-founded MRP Industrial in 2013 and has primary responsibility for the sourcing, design, construction, leasing and overall financial performance of the company’s portfolio. In his career, Reid has managed the development of over 12 Million square feet of commercial real estate with a stabilized value of nearly $1.5 Billion. Prior to MRP Industrial, Reid founded the Maryland/Pennsylvania office as a Partner at Panattoni Development Company. During his five years at Panattoni, he grew the local operation into the most profitable business unit within the company, establishing a pipeline of over 4.5 Million square feet with a stabilized value in excess of $350 Million. Prior to joining Panattoni, Reid worked with the founding partners of MRP Realty at Trammell Crow Company in Washington DC. During his eight years there, Reid served the firm’s institutional capital partners on a wide variety of office, industrial and health care projects. He began his career as a Project Manager with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company in Baltimore. Reid received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Louis oversees Nuveen Real Estate’s industrial acquisition and joint venture development opportunities in the eastern U.S. Prior to joining Nuveen Real Estate in 2018, Louis served as a vice president with Hillwood. In 2011, he assisted in raising Hillwood’s first industrial fund with Brookfield totaling $400M. From 2012-2018, Louis focused on industrial acquisitions and joint venture development opportunities in the eastern U.S. During his tenure at Hillwood, Louis worked on 34M SF of industrial acquisitions, including Verde Realty, an 18M SF portfolio, and 10M SF of industrial joint ventures. Prior to Hillwood, Louis spent three years with Crow Holdings.

COLE SCHNORF joined the firm in 1986 and serves as Senior Vice President/Director of Development. In this role he has direct oversight for specific projects, oversees the department's budget and serves as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. During his tenure he has steered the company in its development of over 2.5 million square feet of speculative office/research and development space, corporate build to suits and industrial parks throughout the Baltimore/Washington Corridor. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Schnorf served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Sonat, Inc. in the mergers and acquisition department. Active in the industry as part President of the Maryland NAIOP chapter and particapnt in the national forums, Cole has co-chaired the United Way Howard County Campaign and served on the boards of ARC of Howard County (past President), Superintendent’s Advisory Council on Business Education Partnerships, and a member of the Howard County Economic Indicators Committee. Additionally, he is a graduate of Leadership Howard County, as well as a Boy Scout leader. Mr. Schnorf received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Kerry co-heads real estate and development and oversees day- to-day operations for Tradepoint. In 2014, he was part of the Redwood Capital investment team that acquired the 3,300- acre Bethlehem Steel facility. Since joining the Tradepoint executive team in 2015, he has been involved in over 8 million square feet of industrial development. Kerry brings expertise in underwriting investment opportunities and assisting with portfolio management. Prior to joining the team at Tradepoint Atlantic, Kerry was at Redwood Capital Investments. He previously worked in the Investment Banking Division at Barclays Capital, where he advised clients on merger and acquisitions, debt financings and equity raises. Kerry also worked at Houlihan Lokey in the Financial Restructuring Group. There he acted as an advisor to debtors, creditors and committees in out- of-court recapitalizations, sales processes and plans of reorganization. Kerry received a B.B.A degree with a dual major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin and is a Certified Public Accountant.
