With a background in systems engineering and real estate development, Brad is a hands-on senior real estate executive and social infrastructure board director that unlocks value by challenging assumptions; finding asymmetrical opportunities, and encouraging cross-functional collaboration. He has built and led internal teams through design and construction; engineering; investment analysis; communications and branding; as well as large, multi-disciplinary external consultant teams. His experience spans project management of software development for the Canadian Navy’s Command and Control System through complex mixed-use urban developments.

Chetan is a Vice President at BentallGreenOak based in Toronto, responsible for investments in commercial real estate for third party clients. Chetan oversees a $1.6B portfolio of Retail, Office, Multi-Family & Land for Development assets within Eastern Canada, along with acquisition/disposition & development responsibilities. Chetan has 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and joined Bentall Kennedy in late 2016 from Cadillac Fairview's Strategic Asset Management team. Prior to this Chetan spent seven years at GE Capital Real Estate, gaining a wealth of global & Canadian investment experience, including 3+ years in the Global M&A team from 2011 to 2014. Chetan holds a Honours BCOM, Finance Cum Laude degree from University of Ottawa. He is actively involved in the industry as a NAIOP committee member for the Toronto chapter and in the community through various charitable endeavours including as a Board of Director of the George Hull Centre for Children and Families.

He specializes in representing private owner investment sales of commercial real estate with a particular emphasis on Metro Toronto (Etobicoke, Scarborough, York, East York, North York, and the City of Toronto) and downtown Hamilton. In 2018, Jeremiah was named "Top 6 under 6" nationally across Canada, ranking #3on this list while among the largest commercial real estate firm in Canada. His experience through a vast array of building sales, redevelopment property & land dispositions allows him to maximize value, mitigate risk, and increase the probability of a successful sale. His team has successfully increased value from unsolicited offers through their proven disposition process to protect land and building owners. Jeremiah along with his team, the Colliers Private Capital Group offer clients the capabilities to capitalize on the current GTA market: he leads a full-service land brokerage team, that specializes in the areas of: Re-development Land, Mixed-Use Investment Properties, Retail Investment Sales, Office Investment Sales, Historic Property Repositionings, Land Assembly Strategies, Highest and Best Use Studies, as well as Market Analysis.

Matt Young is a 10 year Veteran of the of the Toronto development industry. Starting his career with Lifetime Developments in 2009, Matt was involved in the development of a portfolio of 11 multi-family and mixed-use projects, and nearly 700,000 square feet of retail, office and hospitality space in downtown Toronto. Following Lifetime, Matt joined Capital Developments to start and lead their development division, and helped build the business into one of the largest mixed-use development firms in Toronto today. Over 7 years, Matt successfully zoned and launched many notable projects, including 155 Redpath, 150 Redpath, Art Shoppe Lofts + Condos, E2 Condominiums, Azura Condominiums, and 11YV. Matt also led the acquisition, design, and rezoning of the 7.3 acre Bloor & Dufferin lands in Toronto. In 2019, Matt formed his new business called Republic Developments which is focused on developing high rise residential and mixed-use communities around the GTA.

Born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey, Zack is a recent graduate of Indiana University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. Zack graduated from Northern Valley Regional High School at Demarest in 2014, and pitched his way to a baseball scholarship at Denison University. After one year at Denison, Zack transferred to Indiana University as his dream was to become a HOOSIER. One of his fondest memories was appearing on ESPN dressed up in a cow costume at an Indiana basketball game taking a half-court shot in front of 20,000 spectators (the shot hit the back rim)! At IU, Zack was the Vice President of Zeta Beta Tau, and under his leadership, his fraternity was awarded “Best Philanthropic ZBT Chapter” in the nation. An avid communicator with an endless desire for success, Zack is a natural fit for the Bisnow Sales Team. A die-hard sports fan, Zack is lucky that his favorite baseball team is the Yankees, as he suffers watching the Jets and Knicks lose year after year. When not talking to others, you can find Zack at the gym or relaxing with friends in Long Beach Island.
