CITYFRONT HAS A NEW OWNER


RREEF America REIT II  has acquired the  480-unit  Cityfront Place apartment in Streeterville for $107M. The 40-story tower was built in 1991 and adds to RREEF's 9M SF portfolio of retail, residential, and office, and industrial properties in Chicago. The New York-based investor also bought two apartments in Seattle for $44M.
